I've been in this work for a long time.

Long enough to know that most women don't come in just for their skin. They come in because something shifted and they haven't found the right place to put it down yet.

The skin is where I meet them. What opens from there goes deeper.

I built Stillness & Skin for women who are done performing their wellness. Who are tired of treatments that feel aggressive, rushed, or disconnected from what their body is actually moving through. Who sense that what's happening in their skin is connected to something larger — a season of change they're still finding words for.

I pay attention differently than most. Not just to what your skin is doing, but to how you arrive. What your body is holding. What it needs to feel safe enough to soften.

That's where the real work happens.

I'm not interested in chasing a version of you from ten years ago. I'm interested in the woman who's here now — curious, tired, searching, ready. She's the one I built this for.

And honestly... she's the one I built it for because I know her. I've been her.
