  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book online anytime through our scheduling system, there is a “Book Now” button right at the top of the page. If you have questions or unsure what to book contact us directly by phone/text/email and we will answer any question and get you schedule for the best experience. We recommend booking in advance, as appointments tend to fill quickly.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Or if I am running late?

    Life happens! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to adjust your appointment. Cancellations with less notice — or missed appointments — may be charged a fee.

    We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to respect the next guest’s time.

  • What should I expect at my first visit?

    When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, nurturing space. You will fill out your intake form and enjoy water or tea, if you’d like. We’ll then go over your intake form together, discuss your goals, and customize your treatment. Every session is designed to help you feel relaxed, supported, and radiant.

  • What should I wear?

    Whatever makes you feel comfortable. For body treatments, you will undress to your comfort level. For facials, you’ll be draped and cozy the entire time.

    We do offer spa wraps to wear if you choose

  • What product lines do you carry?

    We carry professional skincare lines such as Sorella Apothecary, and Green Envee, — chosen for their results-driven formulas and ability to support graceful aging, skin health, and radiant glow.

    We have partnered with unEarth Body Care, for our body care line. This line offers nourishing, natural body products designed to exfoliate, hydrate, and rejuvenate the skin, while having you smell and feel amazing.

  • Do you accept gratuity?

    Gratuity is always appreciated, though never expected. If you’d like to leave a tip, cash or card are both welcome.
