At Stillness & Skin, every treatment is designed to be a space where you feel nurtured, cared for, and at ease. To keep the experience smooth for you and all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policies.

Appointments & Cancellations

Your time is valuable — and so is ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the cancellation fee and maybe required to prepay for future services.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, complete any necessary forms, and enjoy a moment of calm before your treatment. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened so the next guest is not delayed.

Health & Safety

Your wellbeing comes first. Please let us know of any medical conditions, recent procedures, allergies, or changes in your health so we can tailor treatments safely.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • All tools, linens, and treatment spaces are thoroughly sanitized to the highest standards for your safety and comfort.

Payments & Refunds

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and gift certificates.

  • Services are non-refundable, but if there’s ever an issue with your experience, please let us know so we can make it right.

  • Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Gift Certificates & Series

  • Gift certificates are available for purchase and make wonderful, thoughtful presents.

  • Certificates and series/packages must be used by the expiration date listed at purchase.

Professional Boundaries

This is a professional environment rooted in care, respect, and safety. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

Age Policy

Guests under the age of 18 and at least 13 are welcome with a parent or guardian’s consent. Certain treatments may be limited to adults only.
